From check-in to walking off the airplane my experience on JetBlue has always been top-notch. The Flight Attendants are attentive and friendly - very accommodating. Free in-flight snacks and drinks and Direct TV is a plus. All seats are comfortable (average) - more leg room is excellent, but I don't personally want to pay the extra $.

JetBlue - comfortable - lots of legroom - and I had no complaints about this airline. This is the first time I have used it, and would happily fly with this airline again. they were 100% on-time or better yet, a little early. Comfortable seats and a TV to watch on the back of the seat.

Overall a good flight. The outbound leg was delayed for 1.5 hrs due to air traffic control issues. Out of all my flights on Southwest there have only been two delays, this one and one other due to weather. No complaints here! :)

I will not fly anywhere unless I can get a JetBlue flight. They are the best. Excellent service from getting the tickets to the return flight. I never have any problems andf would recommend them to anyone that wants the best.

Only problem encountered was checking in in Orlando. There were only 3 clerks on duty and 70 0r 80 people in line to check luggage. It took us 52 minutes to get through the line. Not checking luggage would have avoided this.

Checking in at IAD could not have been easier .
