    Checked in using automated kiosk at airport-went smoothly. Boarding system somewhat inefficient. Cabin service good. Seats comfortable realtive to legacy carriers. Entertainment system a nice perk. Flight was about 45 minutes late because aircraft was delayed in arrival. Crew very friendly.

    Checked Baggage is too expensive

    Space between rows is too uncomfortable

    These things would not be taken into consideration when fares were cheap; not now.

    On the other hand, flight was on time and flight attendants were very nice....THOUGH "FOOD AND BEVERAGES" ARE REALLY EXPENSIVE. No wonder almost every traveler brings their goodies from outside.

    Thanks for caring; I hope aircarrier takes into consideration these reviews; otherwise, why taking our and your time?

    This flight started to be miserable right from check-in. The Spirit personnel were not paying attention to the Spirit members only express line so after a while I had to move to the regular line which took forever because they only had one person directing people to the self service computers. Then the flight was completely full so they were asking people at the last minute if we would check-in our carry on luggage to allow for more space in the airplane. The seat are narrow and leg space the same. The plane was not cleaned enough since it was the same plane that had just arrived with passengers. This was in Orlando. In Puerto Rico on return day was worse. The lines are horrendous, they don't have enough people for the volume. No self service computers, they do not honor any of he Spirit card holders advantages. I would only travel Spirit if there was nothing else available.

    Flight was on time both ways even though we left late due to so many fliers. Was pleased with the flight. I wish they would have enforced the charge for overhead baggage. It really delays those who didn't bring overhead luggage. It would be nice if the airlines would let those who did not bring overhead baggage off the plane first. What an idea!! It took us at least an extra 15 minutes to get off the plane. The flight was a full flight with 218 passengers.

    overall flight was good. cheap fare. one exception, bathrooms were a disgrace! I think it dealt with the source and destination.

    Check in including TSA at MCO was a 'zoo'. Flight, aircraft & crew, were great. I would fly Jet Blue again, without question

    We flew non-stop R/T from Orlando to San Juan and Jet Blue is still one of the best values. Free baggage, on time performance free movies in the screen in front of you, free snacks & beverages together with friendly flight attendants makes for a great trip. We'll fly with them again.

    More leg room than any other flight I've taken, Great staff served food and had inflight entertainment at no cost. Plus were alowed to check 1 bag for free. Will definitely fly Jet blue again!
