Check in was not swift. Staff at entrance to check in line were just repeating same words even when asked a question...no help at all. We had 8 in our party on this return flight and we all felt like were were in a cattle line. Then boarding was the cattle drive into a cattle pen. Seat comfort was ok and the attendants were nice...but the line up to find seats was not good. Is it worth the to pay the extra fee to get an assigned seat or pay the extra on another airline and not fight crowds. We rean into rough weather and touch down was shaky and I question the fast speed at touch down.

The flight was on time, got in to Raleigh early and the flight attendants are so friendly and happy to serve. It helps to get an empty seat next to you once in awhile!
