Recently flew Southwest, and it was a good experience. Check-in online was simple, in-flight service was great(beverages & multiple snacks) and the crew was very friendly. I wish there was a little more room, but that's a decent trade off for a free checked bag.

We've always had good flights with Southwest and this trip was no exception. I'm over 6 feet tall and find the seats more than adequate. Personnel are friendly, cheerful and helpful. Late departures and arrivals have been rare. During this trip all our arrivals were ahead of schedule. Baggage comes out quite promptly.

Flying to Providence is a delight. it is a relatively small terminal, and some of the car-rental agencies are right in the connected parking garage. Orlando is another matter! We live about 50 miles away, and usually try to avoid OIA, but sometimes we are seduced by the lower fares offered, compared to Daytona Beach which is closer and friendlier. Orlando is just SO congested, and all the lines are daunting. So we have to choose between having to drive (and pay a lot for parking) at OIA, vs. going out of Daytona with higher fares and always a change on the way to New England. The time is about the same but every time I go through OIA I say "Never Again"! I prefer to feel like a human, not a Disney character.

Southwest has the best flight crews! They make the flight experience fun. They still have complimentary soda and snacks and no baggage fees. I only want to fly Southwest!
