On a 5 hour flight with many babies and children, two babies were screaming the entire flight. I couldn't see what was happening behind me but the one in front was allowed to scream and jump with the parents using headsets and a computer, completely oblivious that this "might" disturb others. My children are grown now but I did travel by air with them when they were small and I wouldn't have allowed that to go on. I was surprised that the steward and stewardess said nothing. It made for a horrible flight.

I used Travelocity for booking this trip, and they have it down to a science. Continental sure beats Delta when it comes to on time performance. The F/A's had a great attitude and the flight was uneventful. In this day and age, sometimes that's enough. Middle seats still suck though.

check in was over charged for bag $75. Now I have to argue with airline for reimbursement.

Only pay food served on each flight: not even free peanuts!!

One round of liquid refreshment offered.

Close to on time. Gate was in use by another craft.

which caused a longer travel to connecting flight.

Will not choose American again. Very poor.

The best part of the flight was being on a 757 and having a little more room to wiggle. The screen on the back of each seat made the 4+ hour trip a lot less boring. Next time I will give up the $2 for the headphones to listen to music, tv, movies, etc. I usually have to fly on Southwest and only get served pretzels. It was a real treat to actually have a choice of pretzels, peanuts or cookies. I tried them all and they were good. The prices for the food is a little pricy, so I just stuck with the free stuff. Overall, not a bad flight at all.

Plenty of good snack and beverage choices and pilot made up time delayed. Seats wouldn't lean back. Couldn't sit together and noisy children throughout plane.

We had a very enjoyable flight. It ran as scheduled on both ends and actually arrived in Phoenix about a half hour early. Returning to Florida, we were right on schedule even though we had a bit of a wait waiting to take off from Phoenix. The flight attendants did a great job with snacks & drinks. Just wish the seats could have been a bit more comfortable. But over all it was a good trip and we would definitely use US Airways again.

On the outbound flight to Minneapolis, my seat mate had a dog in a carrier. I am allergic to dogs and would have appreciated being informed about it so that I could have arranged different seating. The flight was full so no other accommodating could have been made. On a previous flight, a passenger was allergic to peanuts and an announcement was made requesting all passengers not to open any packets containing peanuts.

Despite Southwest's genuinely friendly face, for tall people, flying with them is little different that flying on another carrier. Despite paying the $10 extra for an early check-in number, it did no good in trying to get one of the few seats with more that cramped leg/knee room. The first five or six in line grabbed the five or six seats (bulkhead, exit) not taken by early/special assistance boarders.

It really burns me that the airline is so insensitive to those whose knees ride up directly onto the back the the seat in front, not to speak of the discomfort of that passenger sitting just forward for having to deal with the constant bumping that my knees cause. Not to speak of my own discomfort.

The only saving grace was that I lucked into having no passenger in the middle seat of my row segment. So, after the doors were closed, I could shift my knees toward the middle.

I've been flying for over 45 years, and nearly every time in the last 20 I have been able to count on ... an uncomfortable flight.
