    Check in was easy, as I printed boarding pass on line. Did not care for paying $20 for one bag. Otherwise, flight crew was pleasant and travel was comfortable and both flights arrived earlier than expected arrival time.

    The airlines started charging for checked bags so more people are packing into regulation sized carry on bags but before boarding they announced that they wanted 20 carry on bags checked because too many people had carry ons then acted as if they were doing us a favor offering to do it for free after the four of us lugged 4 carry ons around instead of one checked bag.

    They brought this on themselves and now their making huge profits at our expense.

    From reservation to check in to arrivalmy experience exceed what I had anticipated to be an average flight. Not good was the spring you could feel in the seat.
