    Jetblue is friendly and professional. Bad weather in Florida caused long delays, and we sat on the runway waiting for storms to pass. Approaching EWR, we were put in a holding pattern as EWR wasn't allowing any more landings at the time. We diverted to Newburgh NY, refueled, and immediately returned to Newark. Jetblue staff were informative throughout, pilots were very professional and gave thorough information, making a stressful situation tolerable.

    With high winds in Newark, we were delayed 3 times, then cancelled. I had to inquire personally about another flight and we were fortunate to have gotten on the next flight out of Atlanta. But no announcement was ever made. I'm not sure I will choose Delta in the future.

    The blizzard that hit the New York area the day after Christmas 2010 canceled 10,000 flights. We flew Delta from Newark to Orlando on Dec. 29. Many flights were canceled but ours was scheduled to leave at 7:30 p.m. stopping in Atlanta where we were to catch a connecting flight. We left Newark at 10 p.m. causing us to miss the connection in Atlanta. Delta took responsibility for us, put us up at a nice hotel, gave us meal vouchers, and got us on a flight the next morning. The blizzard caused many problems for all the airlines, but Delta came through in a professional manner. I have flown them many times and will continue to do so. Thumbs up, Delta.

    Plane was exactly on time each way. On the return flight they gave us afree upgradeand extra food. I hadn't flown continenal in a long time but they will be my first choice next flight!! TISH GATTIS
