Originally booked a coach seat, but decided last minute to treat myself and upgrade to business class. The process was quick and easy. Crew on both legs of the flight were very friendly and professional. Would definitely fly this airline again

I love the fact that Southwest doesn't charge extra for bags. I pay extra for priority boarding so I can get an aisle seat & overhead space. I like their website which allows me to see a variety of prices, times & dates so I can choose the best flight for my schedule & budget. They obviously take customer service seriously & I appreciate their humor. I appreciate their offering of snacks & aim to please. All in all, Southwest is an airline that cares.

This was an early morning flight so no delays - actually arrived in Phoenix 40 minutes EARLY! We actually had time to have a nice breakfast and walk around before our connecting flight. The flight from Phoenix to Las Vegas was probably the bumpiest I've ever been on and was extremely glad to land.
