It's great to have a 10:00 a.m. flight that is non-stop to Harrisburg. We didn't have to rush in the morning to get to the airport, and we enjoyed a non-stop flight just over 2 hours in length!!

This was my first experience with AirTran - I am a devout Southwest customer. All staff was very friendly and it was a pleasant experience. I would consider using AirTran again if I was going to a destination that Southwest does not fly to. I do oppose to the baggage fee, but then that was reasonable compared to other airlines.
