Pleasant employees, prompt flight, no hassle. Wish Southwest flew overseas. The luggage policy is great and we have absolutely no complaints. Always try to fly Southwest.

The flight was pleasurable and the crew were very friendly, especially one particular steward who was really a comedian in uniform...very entertaining.

Southwest is a great airline to fly on. I drive over 100 miles so I can fly with them. Service is the main reason, cost comes in second. I cannot say enough about their fantastic service.(I used to work for an airline.) Parents who exercise little or no control over their children are another matter. I spent the ENTIRE flight listening to two children SHREIK at the top of their voice and kick the backs of the seats, throw toys, food, etc. Upon arrival we even heard them in baggage claim. All the mother did was give the little boy (about 3) "high fives." No correction whatsoever. She did apoligize once to the lady sitting next to me who's seat was kicked constantly. He started again.

This is my second experience with Southwest. You can't beat their rates, I can find nonstop flights, 2 free check-in bags. What's not to like! :)
