Purchased our tickets months in advance at an incredible price of $89 (one-way). Arrived at check in to find my family of four had been upgraded to Business class. Staff were very pleasant, attentive and the flight was smooth, fast and very comfortable.

The Orlando Airport (Southwest) was a disappointment to say the least. No curbside check-in (use homeland security excuse). I have to use a cane and was directed to go up to the third floor--dragging my suitcases, handbag and cane. When I arrived on the third floor the waiting line was horrific and no handicap assistance available. It took over 1/2 hour to check in. Next was a very long wait for wheelchair service. Definitely not a good experience. Staff could care less--no customer service skills. It seemed it was a contest to see how little they could do and get away with it.
The return from Buffalo was much better--curbside check-in, fast wheelchair assistance and friendly staff. I realize that Buffalo is a smaller airport, but I live in Orlando and this is a terrible way to treat tourists.
