    On time departures both ways. Arrival ahead of schedule. Baggage handling timely. Good airline.

    Loose baggage fees and they'd beat Southwest.

    Was traveling with a 2 and 4 year old. Could have used a little more help with luggage around the airport but the stewardess helped while on the plane.

    Very pleasant experience, especially ground service at counters. Cabin service was good also. Overall a good airline based on one round trip.

    The check in experience was great! Alaska Air representative even apologized for charging $20.00 to check in a bag.

    Stewardess' smiled and looked you in the eye when asking if you wanted something to drink.

    The check in process was done online, and it was easy. With two kids along, the time at the computer before going to the airport made less time at the airport. Alaska's legroom in the airplane was great. Sure miss the great food Alaska used to have when the price was included in the ticket. The speed receiving our bags was appreciated.

    We were able to leave ontime as everyone got on board timely. I was amazed at the amount of carry on each person managed to get on board. All the flight attendants spent so much time cramming items into the overheads. The flight was full but uneventful. They brought drinks around twice during the 2+ hour flight. We landed early!
