    I accepted the offered upgrade to business class for a minamal fee and was really glad I did!!!! Just the additional room in the seats was great besides the added service.

    We had a comfortable flight to DC; flight attendants were great. And of course we love the chocolate chip cookies.

    In Omaha, the man who checked us in at the airport was the absolute friendliest airline worker we have ever had the pleasure of working with. He actually seemed to like his job!

    Everything was just perfect, even when I dropped my cookie :(, the stewardess gave me 2 more!

    We often fly to DC, but usually don't fly Continental. However, they had the best price. We were surprised that they had free food on the flights. It was more a snack size, but was enough to tide us over and as good as airplane food ever is.

    We are flying with them again at Christmas, but I understand they will be on a "no food" policy then.

    Although, the flights were longer, since we went out of the way, but we picked up more ff miles.
