Love not having to pay for luggage. Comfortable seats, efficient boarding process, friendly staff. Will definitely try to fly Southwest more often in the future.

This flight had numerous reasons why it couldn't leave as scheduled. The flight was originally scheduled to depart at 7:58 a.m.; they finally boarded us between 8:30 & 9 a.m. Then we sat on the tarmack until about 12:30 p.m. My arrival in Norfolk was to be at 2:20 which would have worked perfectly with my mother's flight coming in from Denver at 2:10. Someone had to make a second trip to the airport after 5 (rush hour traffic) to pick me up. I was not impressed with United.
