    IN checking in the counter person was rude and seemed bothered by the entire process.This flight was packed! overbooked, people not wanting to check bags so overloaded overhead bins We were told to HOLD our coats on our laps since no room overhead..for 3 HRS!!!!

    Heat cranked up to top because the older stews said THEY were cold!

    Made me swear NEVER to fly over a holiday again!
