Some of the ladies were crabby,but did get our drinks that they offered us. The pilot was so awsome and talked and talked to us over the speaker!!!

Completely easy to print boarding passes, get to the gate, carry on luggage, connections were on time. No concerns at all.

My husband and I flew Southwest roundtrip to Las Vegas. We have nothing but good things to say about Southwest! The flight attendants were great. They were friendly, always ready to serve us in any way and their attitude was A-1. We would fly SW everytime we flew if we could. The pilots got us there safely which is the most important of course. Our bags flew free and we even got snacks and a beverage. We also like the loading procedure.

Love Southwest. We fly to Vegas 3 or 4 times a year and do not consider any other airline. Southwest is always on time and often early! Check-in both in Omaha and especially in Vegas is quick and easy and efficient. Flight attendants are often humorous and have always had a smile. We do not expect a meal and are happy with a beverage and snack which may be peanuts, pretzels, cinnamon cookie bites or a fruit bar.

The flight attendants on the flight out were fantastic. They were friendly, fun & attentive. Our flight was delayed 30 minutes so they comped our first alcoholic beverage. A much better experience than what I had with United in April.

On time flights. No baggage fees. Snacks AND beverages. One downside, you do need to check in on line as close to 24 hours prior as possible in order to get a good place in line to board. But it is efficient!
