Main steward was rude to customers. One couple volunteered to give up their seats together so that 2 young sisters could sit together. When they asked him where they were now supposed to sit his answer was "I'm too busy now with this luggage now (he was arranging overhead luggage)" meanwhile this couple was standing in the aisle waiting to find seats. Later the woman next to my husband asked him a question and was told he was "too busy" to help her. She had her purse handle around her foot (which I also sometimes do so that no one can take my purse) and was admonished by him for during so. He said to her " if you had to get up in a hurry do you know what would happen with that purse wrapped around your feet? You need to have that strap away from your feet."
