Have recently traveled to Atlanta on Delta round tip twice. Both times the flight attendants have been super. On the first flight it was delayed and when we arrived in Atlanta the pilot helped pull luggage from the plane for passengers who had gate checked luggage to facilitate their making connections. That's wonderful teamwork and certainly putting passengers first!

we had a long time to wait for the connecting flight and the seats in the airport were so uncomfortable. traveling with my elderly mother who needed to elevate her legs because of swelling was impossible. The plane was a CRJ 200 and my husband is 6'4" and 250 lbs and I'm 5'7". He had to duck to get in the seat and his knees touched the seat in front of us. In fact, The man in the seat in front asked my husband to "remove his bag from under the seat so he could place his bag there as the overhead was full; however it wasn't a bag it was my husband's feet! We were so crowded, a completely booked flight and it was so uncomfortable. I definitely won't do that again. We felt like cattle and yet they are charging more and more and getting less service.
