    Courteous, funny , friendly staff. SW airline departed on time and arrived a little early to the destination. Cheapest fare we have seen that weekend. Would like to fly again with SW .

    It was the best I have ever experinced in a long time with Southwest. Up and backdown no issues Great Service the attendant made sure we didnt miss are flight out of Oakland.

    Plusses: Free check-in bag, in-flight treats, best seating in coach. The plane wasn't full, leaving the middle seat empty. That hasn't happened in a long time. I don't need in-flight entertainment, especially on a short flight. Looking out the window is enough entertainment for me.

    Minuses: I don't like doing my own check in when there is someone at the counter. I know most people don't care or even like that part. I work on a computer all day and don't consider it fun to work on one after hours.
