Jet Blue was great! We had tons of legroom, smooth takeoff and landing and the flight attendants were very helpful and friendly.

Leaving Oakland - 2-1/2 hours later than scheduled; no explanation; staff unhelpful and not the jolly patter of the past. REturn flight was fine, but may start using Southwest more.

In the last two years we have flown Jet Blue twice and both times we were delayed over 3 hours! On our last flight, we were returning from the bay area to Long Beach, CA. on what is a 1 hour commuter flight. The flight was delayed over three and one half hours. We will never fly Jet Blue again!

Courteous, clean and lots and lots of leg room! Individual TV at each seat and great snacks portions (one entire can of soft drinks and big bag of munchies or chips!)
