I had 12 minutes after touchdown to get to the highway to catch the last bus of the day.
Instead of trying to rush me to the highway (and possibly failing), the airline made arrangements to deliver me to my home by van - some 40 miles away.

Check-in is was effortless. Was offered a 1st class upgrade for $100. Stayed in Economy where seats were comfortable and plenty of leg room. Plenty of food and drink choices. Was able to get refills on soda and water was offered throughout flight. Spent $12 on a digi-player which featured both adult and kid movies and the luxury of two headset plugs. We fly often and airfare price was lowest in years. Will definitely fly Alaska again!
