Good service, handled my baggage carefully but had to paid and I was late but still got my stuff on board. Decent free meal and light snack and drinks.

I love flying Hawaiian Airlines to Hawaii because it feels like I'm in the islands the minute we take off. But the space between the coach seats is smaller than other airlines we fly. I know it seems like all airline space is tight, especially on the knees, but since it is a 5 hour flight, it is even more difficult. Unless you purchase a preferred seat, you barely have breathing space especially if the person in front reclines their seat. And forget being able to use a laptop computer in flight. Also vegetarians will be disappointed. There are no veg options with the free or the purchase food options. There used to be but suddenly they are gone.
The flight staff is great and always helpful. And the inflight video segments and Hana Hou magazine are really wonderful.
