This airline is great if you are going to Vancouver. It was full of Canadians on their way to and from the Bay Area.
The folks who complain about the extra charges should fly Air Canada or United to YVR for 6 times the price! The flight is only 2 hours long. Who really cares about how early you get to board. I love the service (safe transportation only) that Allegiant provides at rock bottom prices.

Started with a surprise that you have to pay extra for your seat or take what's left. Then a long wait to check in while they put each carry-on into a frame. If it doesn't fit... you pay to check it in. Boarding onto the plane took forever and needless to say we were very late taking off. Won't be flying this airline again. Lastly, they charge for water and soda during the flight.

Flight was good. Landing bumby. No freebies not even water or pretzels. Seat recliner inoperable on return trip. Speaker volume annoyingly loud for announcements.

I love Allegiant Air for it's direct flights and low fares with frequent sales. The crew were very pleasant, the seat comfortable and the flight smooth. Plan to purchase any beverages or snacks on board or bring your own. I take advantage of the convenience for them to store my carry-on at no charge, if it is offered at the gate. You are also allowed to board before passengers with a carry-on.
On my particular flight, the ticket counter agents double booked some seat assignments. It was a full flight but the cabin crew did their best to sit families together. If you plan to check luggage, prepay online before you fly for the best rate. It is an annoying fee but common with most airlines.

LOVE this flight. Our family lives in WA and we live in CA .. love to be able to fly in without transferring in Seattle or having to drive the 2 hours. Short and Sweet!
