Returning from a 2wk. vacation well rested and hap-

to be on my way home, got to the airport at 5am for

a 6:30 flt. to find out that the flt. had been can-

celled that am. Had to stand in line for 3hrs. and

was told that I was rebooked on the next nite's flt. refused the rebook. and insisted on getting out that day so was put in a cab and sent to New-

port News airport and had to wait for 5hrs to get a

Delta flt. to Atlanta then rush from Concourse C to

Concourse A to catch a Delta flt. to Tuscon. Was

not given any food vouchers but the taxi was paid

for by American. Should have arrived in Tucson at

12:30pm but did not get in till 9pm. The planes were crowded and so I finally paid to upgrade to

1st class for the last leg (Atlanta-Tucson) as I was exhausted from being up since 4am. I will think twice about traveling with American Airlins again.
