The flight was smooth and on-time. My gripe is simply that the service was bare-bones , the stews talky "once again...", the baggage servcie and meals non-existent. I emember when flying was fun

Flew from Newport News, VA to Atlanta, GA on the 1:46pm flight on May 20th. Plane pushed away from the gate ahead of scheduled departure time by a couple of minutes and landed 20 minutes ahead of scheduled arrival time. As an Elite AirTran member I was upgraded to Business Class seating in advance of departure. The flight attendant staff was very cordial, friendly, attractive, and efficient. It was the way a flight is supposed to be.
