Great airline.. Free assorted snacks even seconds if you want to indulge.. beverages and your first luggage at no charge!! TV in front of every seat..more legroom.. Crew always smiling. Only minor thing is I wish they had more flight times from EWR and returning from PBI.

Departing & returning flights were both on-time and we were welcomed aboard with a smile. Totally appreciated one bag per person checked for free! Good assortment of free snacks and beverages and a good amount of leg room. Friendly flight attendant service. What more could we ask for!

The last time I flew was several years ago, so I was a little apprehensive about the enhanced security. I didn't want the experienced flier to get all bummed out because I was holding up the check-in line. I researched a little on line to see what was expected from TSA of me. I followed their directions and went through check-in with no problems. It was even easier on the return trip. A very pleasant experience!

Continental is my favoriteUT ,the flight down to Fla. was really uncomfortable . I have NEVER been on a jet where they squeezed in so many rows . My knees actually had pressure on them even without the passenger in front of me reclining .

Round trip flight: going--had to pay for ear phones, the games on tv free (ok);returning--free earphones, had to pay $6.00 to see "Direct TV" (bad). tiny bags of pretzels & soft drinks--served once. food, a-la-carte (an insult) otherwise good flights

my travel was great. continental has been consistantly great. in the u.s. 99% of the time i fly with them. the one time i did not i had an awful experience. so it is continental for me.

Airlines should make ALL seats NON reclinable. There is so little room to begin with that when the person in front of you reclines their seat (usually all the way) you can hardly breathe. Also, airline employees should supervise how and where people place their carryons. Many times when you get to your seat the overhead bin has been taken by someone sitting in the back of the plane. Airlines should also check to make sure peoples carryons are of regulation size.

Missed my departure flight due to car trouble.Airline put me on stand-by but never re-instated my itinerary so upon my planned return flight I was advised that my itinerary was never re-instated by Continental agent.Had to stay another day in Florida. Finally flew back. Still have not gotten response from Continental about my complaint.
It has been almost 1-month since I contacted them.
Never again on Continental.

The Personal was very informative and the TV screen was an awesome idea. The child next to me loved it so much he didn't say a word the whole flight. I also enjoyed watching a movie or playing checkers. I have traveled continental for some time now and think they are the best by far.

The flight was on a Thursday, early evening. Though there was typical Florida late day weather, we departed on time. The flight wasn't full, so we were able to sit window/aisle, with an empty seat between. No food (just peanuts), and soda, but that's not an issue. We circled EWR (as usual) before landing, but landed on time. Luggage was there before us. So, overall, a decent trip.

Overall, the flight was typical. Worn out seats, average service, late getting off. But the one thing I can't get off my mind is how rude the pilot was to me. As I was standing in the aisle, he was right in front of me, facing me. I kindly asked him if he would do me a favor and lift my carryon into the overhead compartment. He said, "No, how did you get it out of your car? Lift it yourself." I was so shocked that I couldn't even think of a retort. I'm not a girly girl and I can certainly lift my suitcase, but my back had been bothering me so for once I asked for a little help. A gentleman who was sitting near me told me that he couldn't believe what he had just heard and witnessed. He was so upset, that even without me asking, he got my suitcase down for me at the end of the flight. I can understand that a pilot certainly can't be lifting everyone's suitcase, but quite honestly I've never seen a pilot EVER lift anyone's suitcase,so it wasn't like I was abusing him. So...I'm not in any hurry to fly Continental anytime soon.
