I have taken Jetblue several times...from newark to Tampa..always have an excellent experience...their customer service is wonderful..the in flight staff are always attentive...would fly with them always... hope they fly out west soon...I travel to Az as well........taking another airline that trip,was definitely no match for Jetblue!!

Fellow travelers...
Would you PLEASE cover your mouths when you cough or sneeze! The rest of your fellow travelers do NOT want your germs...All you have to do is use common courtesy, manners, and common sense. How would you feel if I were the one coughing and sneezing in your face?
Other than the adults with the lack of manners & courtesy described above, the flight was full of well-behaved children and albeit a bit bumpy, we arrived early. The TPA airport is efficient and a quick exit with luggage was made...Continental...

airline and flight were excellent, but the car rental from Payless wasn't quit what I expected. Facility was off site and a lot of pressure to take insurance.

The weather cooperated, so the trip was smooth sailing both ways. No complaints. There was space for overhead baggage, and the staff were responsive.

My flights were great--Continental is my airline of choice with consistent service. My only complaint is waiting in line so long to board and de-plane because of all the carry-ons. I wish the airlines would charge more for the ticket and include the cost of checking bags and only allow one small carry-on per person. It would make things easier on everyone, especially seniors like me!

My recent Jet Blue flight #537 was a very favorable experience in every way.Keep up the good work.My flight was necessary as a result of a family tragedy and I would have appreciated it more if Jet Blue had a bereavement policy.

Just sorry that it wasn't a longet flight! We were on a newly reconfigured 757-200 with lie-flat seats.
We fly to Tampa 5 - 6 times a year for family, so this little 2.5 hour flight is easy to take, even in coach - but its even easier up front.
My only problem with this flight was that it ended before my movie did!

Full-to-the-max flight (asked for 6 volunteers); boarding was orderly and flight attendants helped everyone, since they were trying to leave the gate cuz worse weather was approaching; stormy weather at both take-off in Newark and landing in Tampa; in middle seat, next to wider-than-average person who hogged the armrest; flight took off on time; landed early; very bumpy take-off and pre-landing, with flight attendants having to take their seats much of the time; rough landing; pilot, co-pilot, crew all were great; only bag of pretzels served, with beverages; TV screens at each seat helped keep our minds off the stormy weather and bumpy flight.

The flight was average. I don't like to fly but felt pretty confident. it was necessary to hold the landing because president Obama was leaving the airport. I was anxious about that but it couldn't be helped.

after 45 mins. of flying.the pilot announced we were heading back to newark. he didn't like something he saw was the explanation. although anxious we were allowed back into the terminal. (not like the stories of passengers held on the plane) given a $6 food coupon then waited 3 hrs for a new plane. though tired and annoyed at the delay, i feel continental did a decent job

I had an early flight 6:15 am. I had checked in on
line and didn't have any luggage to check. Parked my car at the airport and took the shuttle to the terminal and went through an uneventful security
check. Still fairly crowded at that time in EWR airport. I went to my gate, they were boarding and
I got on, threw my bag in the overhead compartment,squeezed into my seat that was next to the window and fell asleep until about 20 mins to land. That's what I call a perfect flight plus no one tried to wake me up for breakfast yahoo!

Left Newark approximately on time May 26 2:45 PM for my return to Tampa, due in at 5:38 PM. Plane 98% full. Forty minutes into flight we were told that plane must return to Newark due to engine problem. Continental advised that it would take too long to fix engine so another plane would be provided promptly. Received a voucher worth $6 for a drink/snack at EWR, not enough to get anything decent. No offer to provide anything else. Bottom line - we did not leave again until after 7:30 PM. On substituted plane, my seat back would not recline, discovered that it had a sticker saying so on the arm! Of course, the passenger in front of me reclined all the way back, Arrived, exhausted and hungry, at about 10:30 PM. Bad trip overall. However, flight crew and gate crew handled upset passengers as best they could. Got a coupon for 10% off on next flight - which did not compensate for the aggravation.

Had a great flight from Tampa to Newark and back. Flight was full on the way to Newark but plenty of room on flight back to Tampa. Was stunned when they served us a small turkey sandwich, bag of carrots and small chocolate bar. Watched the comedy channel and actually arrived back in Tampa 30 minutes early.
