Long flight in tiny, cramped seats at rear of plane. Attendants were pleasant and busy during entire flight. Don't expect full menu served at rear of plane...most food sold out long before got to my row on both to/fro EWR/SFO. No serious complaint. They got me there and back without incidence -and that's always a huge plus!

The departure of my westbound flight was delayed for 40 minutes due to mechanical problems. As is SOP in the industry, I wasn't informed of this until I arrived at the gate. However, the flight crew was pleasant and attentive and I even purchased lunch which was rather tasty. The flight home (UA 90) was a codeshare and I wasn't able to select my seat until the day of the flight. This means I was stuck sitting in a middle seat. The United flight crew was professional all the way and in spite of bad weather in San Francisco and Newark, our flight was smooth and we landed almost 30 minutes early! Taxiing to the gate at both SFO and EWR was timely. On each leg of the flight, I sat in a typical economy class seat, meaning that it is uncomfortable for anyone wider than a 22" waist and taller than 5'.

Always like Continental but these baggage restrictions are starting to impact our comfort level. We need to bring enough clothing for our trip - especially if it's for 2 weeks or more!!! If there is another airline with less restrictions, we may end up switching next time!

No food for 6 hours flight. They don't even have enough food if you want to purchase from them especially if you are seated in the back seats. No attendants seen for 1 hour even though we called them because my husband's tv was broken. We noticed after he swiped the credit card for tv. We wanted the attendant to change seats to have another tv but he said that there was nothing he could do. He said that we had to call and want refund for 6 dollars after the flight!!!They charge for even 1 luggage per person because of that everybody brings their luggage inside the plane. It was hard to find a place for our small backpack. On the top of that, another person who was trying to fit her luggage dropped a metal part of the luggage on my head. I had to ask for ice because my head was swollen. We will never travel with Continental in the future...

Asked for 4 volunteers to change to a later flight- boarded the whole plane then said they would not back away from the gate until 4 people deplaned - we sat until 4 people left - Does it make any sense to board 150 people and their luggage only to be held hostage until people decided they can't do this anymore????

I always enjoy Continental. However, I don't care to have to purchase to see a movie on this flight. I always bring my Continental earphones with me, but that does not work anymore. You have to use new earphones and pay to see .

The only thing i would suggest is upgrading to direct TV on all planes. The seating was good and i was surprised that the food was very good since many poeple have complained about the quality of airline food.

I wish Continental would stop inflating their corporate egos by trying to convince us that they value our business. Clearly, one flight on this airline is proof enough that they don't! Old planes, bad seats, lousy customer service, rotten food. There is one thing they do well however. Making the flying public feel like livestock. I think they stink!
