As I fly more and more I see service levels getting very sub par. Flight attendants seem annoyed to be working.

Practically zero legroom, and stingy beverage service. To top it off, the flight attendants were extremely unpleasant. I will not fly TAP again if I can help it.

We booked this flight from Newark to Rome through Delta and it was operated by Alitalia Airlines. Our flight was scheduled for departure at 5:30 pm and we arrived at the airport by 3:15 pm. Earlier that day we called Delta regarding check-in for this flight and we were never advised that the flight was delayed. Not only did we sit at the airport for 9 hours (1:00 am departure) but I never received a call on my cell advising me of this delay. Other passengers who booked through Alitalia were called and told the flight would leave at 8:30 pm (that didn't happen!) Still others sad they knew about the delay from Thursday, 6/24! Insult to injury - all of my confirmed seats were gone on the flight - they sat us in row 32 next to the bathrooms and had absolutely no reason why this happened. I blame both Delta and Alitalia. My return flight on 7/5- same problem - 3 hour delay and again no seats! NEVER AGAIN!! We also missed our shuttle from the airport included with our tour and it cost us 100 Euros to get to the hotel. I spoke to the Alitalia desk and they could care less.
By the way, there were several rows of empty seats by the window. When we asked if we could move there we were told they were for flight attendants. They put up a curtain during the flight and after serving their horrendous food they went to sleep!! If you needed something during the flight you got up and went in the back of the plane and got it yourself. Unbelievable and for all this we paid $1350!!!!

Continental is not the same like years previous. My wife and I had to really push to get water and when we asked the response was as if they were annoyed. We always keep quiet, but since the opportunity arose to do a survey we jumped on it hoping someone from continental will see and get the employees in check to the old days.
