Beyond terrible. Continental is horrific, from the excess baggage fees to the super tiny seats/non-existent leg room. I'm just 5'10 and 180 pounds and felt like I was in a car seat. Plane was jam packed and overbooked. I flew Jetblue coming back which was wonderful. I will never fly Continental again!!

Continental offers good consistent service and they usually offer the best prices. The seats are a little tight but all I really care about is the safety. So the total experience is not great, but it's OK enough.I will continue to fly Continental.

Most comfortable flight ever- definitely the most legroom, and carry-ons really fit under the seat. Will always fly Jet Blue if at all possible!

Everything about this flight was uneventful - which is a good thing. Seats were tight - nothing out of the ordinary. Flight attendants only give you one small plastic cup of soda instead of the entire can. A first for me. And paying for airline food is out of the question. The check in experience was pleasant. Friendly people in Newark and Orlando.

JetBlue is a good airline; airfares are still reasonable and seats are comfortable. Wish they would reintroduce food on the plane for a small fee. And they should not charge for headsets as movies are expensive. Going - soft landing; return trip - a little rough because it was windy out.

The planes took off on time. The seats are more roomy than other airlines. We loved the variety of snacks offered. JetBlue is our preferred airline.

It's nice that Continental still serves a "snack" of a small sandwich but the roll is always hard, half frozen with a speck of lettuce. If Continental wants to do right by its customers then serve a real sandwich not this poor excuse of one.

six members of our family went to orlando for a mini family reunion. the flight crew on 8-4-10 on flight that left at 11:16 am. was great. one flight attendant was particularly friendly and accomodating when we asked him for milk for the baby. what i did not like was that they say your 1st bag is free but if u check it curbside, they charge $2 per item. with 6 bags, stroller and baby car seat the extra charge was $16 and then the skycap wanted his tip. we did not check the bags in the terminal because the line was about 100 people. one of the tv's did not work.

We arrived at the airport just under 2 hours to get a domestic flight. Since we were traveling with a 4 month old we needed to check a bag and a car seat. We stood in baggage check in for over an hour. We were amazed at how long it took the people at Continental to check in each person/group in the line. We alerted several of the Continental staff that we were worried about missing our flight. The worker who redid our baggage check-in after we had done it incorrectly based upon the answer he gave us to our question about the car seat, assured us that we would make our flight. In fact, he was rather dismissive of our concern. Before leaving the Continental area, we again asked if there was anything we could do to speed us along. They suggested that we go to the Employee line at security. At security we realized we were misled, we couldn't be in the employee line because we did not have an employee badge. We were in the security line for over 30 minutes. I even had my bag pulled out and individually checked. My daughter had her stroller pulled aside and sprayed when they asked her to close the stroller up and because she was holding the baby she was unable to do so. We even alerted several of the people in the security line that we were going to miss our flight. No one seemed to care or to be able to do anything to assist us. When we arrived at the gate the door to the plane was closed. We ended up taking a flight to Tampa, renting a car, having to drive to Orlando to get our luggage, return the Tampa rental car, get our Orlando rental car, then drive to our destination. We arrived at our hotel at 3 AM with a very cranky baby. Not a good trip!

This flight left on time. The pilot communicated with us frequently with weather, arrival time and conditions to be expected in Orlando. The crew was very friendly. Yes, there was a meal. There were no charges for carry-on bags. What a great airline!

i.e. for leg room, headphones, etc. Didn't charge for headphones going but charged coming back. No meal there but meal coming back? What gives?
