Flight to and from Miami left on time and arrived early. Quick and efficient gate check for a couple of baby items. Only complaint was there was no announcement to let passengers with babies/small children to board the plane prior to the general rush.

The Eastern snowstorm (Dec. 27) was a disaster for Delta...They were totally shut down...with ZERO communication for ticketed passengers!! The phone lines were not accepting calls and a recording sent inquiries to the website ...which was also closed down all day....ZERO communication!! not acceptable for a storm situation when airports are closed...

this was a smooth check-in and flight to Miami from Newark, NJ I chose this flight for its early departure and non-stop status for a ruise I was taking the same day. The flight was full and there were no problems. We actualy arrived 15 min early. Great price as well

Early morning departure to Miami, breezed thru security, check in was easy. Pre paid baggage fees.
Return flight was scheduled for late evening but was delayed 45 mins due to weather, Gate attendant was updating us on the flight status the whole time. But once that was cleared boarding was easy. Only "head scratcher" was the baggae attendant giving me a mnor hard time about my small duffle bag not fitting in the overhead.Mind you it was a standard gym-bag, about 1/2 the size of some of the case bein stuffed on top.
Minor turbulance caused some delays in food service, but they did their best & we all got something.
LOVED having DirecTV on the flight as well.

Our flight was on-time both going and coming. Airpot experience was a breeze too. We had no crowds and we walked easily thru security. Would've loved to have the personal video monitors on the way down since it was rather boring but loved the fact that we had them on the way back, it made the flight time much quicker.

Great flight. Seemed like a short time home and they are still giving you something to eat which is great on any flight. They also have a screen on the back of seats where you can play games at least the one on the way home did but not going
