The planes started loading on time, but due to the baggage fees, almost everyone brought their luggage onto the planes. No one was policing size limits on carry ons, so it took quite a while to get all the passengers seated. The seat back entertainment systems were great. We arrived on time coming and going.

Our flight was delayed three hours due to thunderstorms in Newark. Despite the annoyance, the staff kept us up to date, frequently delivered water, and let passengers off the plane. T
