JetBlue aims to please. Clean, comfortable seats. If something isn't working, they make it right. Jet Blue gives you a FREE checked bag. What I like LEAST is the people - who come on board with multiple carry on items. Check YOUR BAG! It is very inconsiderate of you to bring several carry on items. You should bring only a single carry on! That goes for every airline though.

Both ways we had problems. 4 People in the family. Going they gave us seat assignments and then put my 2.5 year old on Standby. They said it was a computer error because all seats where paid for and corrected it, but needed to get to airport an additional 2 hours early to correct. Coming home they changed our assignment again. Placed all of us all over the plane including my 2.5 year old by herself. She is partially deaf and communicates through sign. They did not want to put her with any of us and keep her alone until I contacted the ADA and made a big stink. Then all of a sudden they placed us in special needs seating. My daughter had her tickets both times marked deaf along with documentation. They seem to be able to get a single person assignment okay, but more they one person or a child with a disability they seem not to care about until a big scene is made.

I flew Jet Blue Airlines for the first time. Flight out of EWR (NJ) to and from RSW (FL). I love their policy of no fee for your first checked bag, no fee for carry-ons. They actually gave me a cup of coffee, a snack and a glass of water without asking me for a credit card. I needed to change my flight from Tuesday to the day before, and it was not a hassle, a small charge is all. I didn't need to check in at the airport because I was not checking luggage, so I printed my boarding pass at home and went right to security. Legroom was excellent on the seats that I had. The flight attendants were very attentive, seemed hassle free and couldn't do enough for the passengers - even joked around a little. I am sure I will fly with this airline again!

Let's supply the cabin attendants with large shoehorns so they can squeeze us into the steadily decreasing seat sizes...AND MAKE THE IDIOTS THAT BRING SUITCASES ON BOARD CHECK THEM IN!!!!!!!!

Jet Blue mainly is awsome because of the condition and comfort and size ! of seats and row .The no hassle carefree, happy attitude of the entire crew and timely flights. Additional kudos to of course, great pricing, individual tvs and still snacks and great beverage service.in each seat. I don't want to, but if i had to fly, would pay a little more to fly with Jet Blue

Although the flight was on time and everything else was fine, this 737 had such tiny seats, everyone around me was laughing about what a tight squeeze they were. None of us were terribly overweight--just the typical middle-age spread--and yet, these seats definitely hugged the derriere to a ridiculous degree. I can't imagine what I would do if I happen to gain 10 lbs.--there would be no way I could fly economy on a 737!
