Decent flight, no major delays or problems. A bit of turbulence during descent. Overall, it was unremarkable, which is the way I like it.

Used to like flying JetBlue, but now there just like the rest, no communication at the gate, which let to mass confusion, since they had listed 2 flights leaving from same gate. Once finally on board after 2 hrs delay, flight crew was surrely practically threw the snacks at us, and poor people in the back didn't get any since they ran out. Not much better on return trip. For the little I saved, not worth the B.S. I had to put up with

This was a good flight. Curb side check in was great at Newark and at Fort Lauderdale. DVDs on back of seat was good. Food selection was ok. Just don't like having to pay for my bag and for food on the flight. The fare only covers the seat on the plane. Nothing else.

I had no problem on my recent flight from Newark to Ft. Lauderdale. My only advice is to bring your own snack. Otherwise, flight was on time and reasonably comfortable.

jetBlue offers extra legroom as an affordable add-on, doesn't charge to check the first bag, and offers a free soft drink and cookies onboard. Best treatment of any domestic airline I know.

i had to change my seat 3 times because there were alot of tvs that were not working. on one change the seat didnt recline because it was an exit row. we do a bunch of trips with jetblue because seats are comfy and the direct tv makes the flight go faster.

We were off to a good start...plane was on the ground, people were boarding, plane tried to leave, but couldn't due to a mechanical problem. went back to another gate, had to get off and wait to hear what was next.

    Long story short...

Original flight was supposed to have landed at FLL at 4:30PM. We landed at 8:45PM.

Know what Continental gave us? A $6.00 food voucher...yes...it's true...$6.00! And wait...there's more.....10% off our NEXT FLIGHT and a voucher for a free drink on the plane....

    NO Pretzals though!

    Give me a break people!

    Why bother!

I was surprised to see that the attendant would stop at each row of seats, take the drink order, and then walk to the front to get the drinks. He had to do this for each row and it seemed to take a very long time. I have never seen this before.

Skycaps prepared, & attentive. curbside check-in a breeze. pre flight screening horrible, I have an artificial knee, was patted down, barked at by screeners, treated poorly. Flight was on time, swift, attendants helpful paid for extra leg-room, worth every cent. I had no carry-on, boarding, and exiting very smooth, on return to ewr, my luggage was first piece on carousel, off plane, & in car in fifteen minutes.

Recently, I flew AA from DFW (dallas) to Newark then to Fort Lauderdale on Continental. I had 3 hours in between flights (ugh!) and was assured by both AA and Continental my bag would make it to Fla. It didn't!! Continental blamed AA and AA blamed Contiental. BUT HAPPY ENDING- I got bag that nite. Flite was ok, but i still don't understand paying for blanket!!

Although Continental is trying to make flying a pleasurable experience again more leg room is needed in economy class to achieve this. My return flight was on time, clean, and surprise surprise even had a snack provided. However it is very hard to avoid being a victim of DVT when the person sitting in front of you puts their seat back. .....and I still object to baggage fees!!!

Going to and From Florida to go on a cruise was not the best experience. You start waiting on line just to pass security. Then its wait for the plane (you are told to be there 2 1/2 hours before flight time).

They call people who are in first class, elite, special needs or traveling with children next. Finally they call by rows. However, when you try to put your carry on in the conpartment above your seats, someone already did so. Now to hunt for a place to put the carry on. Last but not least the airlines have cut flights so each flight is now more crowded and the extra people cramping together like cattle.

Paying additional money but more room would be fine but paying first class is out of the question due to the economic condition. There must be a mid point for the traveler.

a very smelly bathroom and water all over the floor greets you as you enter the restroom . The passenger in front of you lays back in the seats and your tray table goes into you and your knees(if you are tall- which I am 5'9") goes into their seat back! There goes your "legroom"! Now you have to pay Jet Blue $15 to sit in the emergency row.. so now you have to pay them to help them, gee now it's kinda scary as no one was sitting in the emergency row!!!

Check in was a breeze. All the Continental personnel were very nice. Flight personnel were very personable. Got a mini package of pretzels (free). But the leg room - my goodness - I am 5'2" and could hardly move. Then the man in front put his seat back. I thought about giving him a neck massage so I could stretch my arms I was so cramped.
