Continental's practice of putting all passengers, both domestic and international, in a single line and then providing aimless direction made me very unhappy. The wait was over two hours and repeated unclear instruction did not help. They harassed me about my carry-on baggage which seemed more like a ploy to get more money out of me. I steadfastly resisted. At boarding there was not problem and my bag fit nicely in the overhead.
Once at the gate and boarded I had to un-board because the pilots didn't show up. I understand why FAA rules limit pilot flight hours but I don't understand why Continental was not prepared for this. They were constantly saying it wasn't there fault. It was there fault I missed two United flights as a result. United fixed it for me nicely but even though Continental and United are merging Continental kept saying over and over that they could not see anything for the United leg of my trip. Not until 2012 will they be able to use the United system( or whatever). I thought I was booking a through and through United flight and do not who did this to me by adding a Continental leg but next time I know why I should object until I get what I thought I had bought!

This flight was below average for Continental. Seating tight and uncomfortable, nasty stewardess, small overhead compartment for luggage and no pretzels!

Flying is no longer a "fun" thing to do, but when you can get to where you're going without major trauma, that's a plus. The only negative was waiting in a VERY long line to get through security screening in O'Hare. It was very slow due to inadequate screening lanes. I got to the gate as they were beginning to board even though I had left in plenty of time.

We enjoyed the trip. Good price and good flight no check in problem or delay. It's a smooth ride and flight attendants were pleasant.

Check in at Newark and O'Hare went seamlessly.. Boarding and departing the aircraft went effortlessly and the flights operated on time. Flight crews were excellent and luggage was waiting for us when we deplaned , Can't ask for more!!!

This was a mid-morning Sunday departure. They actually closed the doors early, and we took off very quickly - I'm used to sitting on the tarmac in Newark for nearly as long as the flight!

Dont pack your laptop. My daughters was destroyed.They throw the suitcases around and dont care. Be early so it's relaxing. :)

I like the option of wi-fi in flight. I hate terminal A and Newark airport!! The Admirals Club should offer free wi-fi in all locations. The Chicago Admirals club was much better than the Newark Admirals club in Terminal A.

good flight; took off on time although it was supposed to be delayed and landed on time. no issues. would have liked more than a drink and maybe a pillow.

Everything went about nromal here, except that my luggage case was opened, the contents were delivered in baggage claim by hand, and one shoe was missing.
Leg room seems to be geting tighter and tighter.
