“Great Flight Crew Coming and Going”

I flew with a incapacitated older relative, and the flight crew was amazing for Continental. I couldn't have asked for more; awesome job!! The only downer was on my outbound flight, the check in flight person did not board disabled people first nor people with small children. She decided to board One Pass members and told me first come first serve. I told her we would hold up the boarding process which we did. Others around us remarked that this was rude and had not seen this done before. This was the only spot on a superb job for both flights. One of the crew for Continental helped out even though they were not working so, I can't speak highly enough of their employees.

An uneventful 1-1/2 hour flight each way is a wonderful experience. Add to that the most cheerful gate security person I've encountered in a few decades as well as a flight attendant who spoke with a relaxing and musical voice quality, and I can truly say these were great flights.
I'm very tall and the seat-room on the Embraer was tight...Hence 4 stars insead of 5.

Took the smaller jet down which I like best--fewer people and they check your luggage.
Coming back we had a full-sized plane and many of us didn't realize that--so we rolled our carryons and left them outside the plane--then had to go to baggage claim after all. The bigger plane was crowded and not room for luggage anyway. The wait at baggage claim was short.
Uneventful which is the way I like my flights, thank you!

The flight was very confortable because it was a larger plane than the ones that are the smaller commuter flights. There was a delay on the return flight, but they kept us informed and everyone was very helpful. They kept my husband updated about the delay.
