The flight (on 10/18/2010) was very good, service in flight was very good, food was good, plane was very clean, but
the flight was delayed for about 3 hrs, and they kept us on the plane for almost 2 hours until plane was fixed. (it was 1 hr delay before boarding, and 2 hrs after that on the plane).

In the last few years, I have flown to Beijing, China, 2-3 times a year. I have found that each time I have traveled, the space in between the rows of seats have become less and less. I am an average size person, 5 feet 4 inches, 120 pounds, and I find that getting into and out of a seat is troublesome. I don't see how a larger, and taller person than myself can possibly sit in these seats.
I realize they are economy seats, but trying to squeeze as many seats as possible in the plane is troublesome. A 13 hour flight in these cramped seats has forced me to spend half of it standing up, and walking around.

AWESOME service on the way out. A tired crew on the way home...Food needs improving but the new seats and entertainment selections ROCK!

The Boeing777 plane had a new type of entertainment system that was terrific and helped pass the flying hours. The choices in movies and music was very surprising and you can even set up your own jukebox and put your headphones on when the babies start to cry! We were able to sit in the center section with a seat between us empty so she could sleep.
