This Delta trip was close to on time. I expected the pilots to keep us informed prior to take off. We sat on the runway in a long line of planes for over 30 minutes. The wait would have been acceptable had they kept us informed. I use LaGuardia because of the times and convenience, not based on their ontime records. The flight was comfortable and the pretzels are delicious.

Flight took off on time and was expected to arrive about 20-30 minutes early. Weather caused plane to go into a holding pattern several states away, so plane actually landed about 30 minutes late. This, however, was not their fault. Upon landing we had to wait an hour for our bags to come as baggage handlers don't go out in the rain if there is lightning. Some other system should be worked out to remedy this. We didn't get out of the airport until after 11:00pm, and by this time we were totally exhausted. The plane's configuration is 3 seats on one side and 2 on the other. I love this as there is no middle seat. Unfortunately, I found the seat way too uncomfortable as it is narrow. I twisted and turned for the entire flight. The seat itself was very comfortable. There is a $25 first bag price, but they don't charge for any seats, which is a plus. Make sure to pay for your bags online ($23.00), as they charge $2 more per bag if you pay at the airport.

My outbound flight was delayed due to NY weather.. I checked in on line so did curbside luggage drop off..in the terminal no information regarding the length of the delay..flight delayed 1 1/2hr..on board plane on tarmac abt 1/2 hr but pilot very informative..the return from W.Palm Beach very annoying..I checked the website @ 4PM..flight on time..flight scheduled to depart @ 7:20PM..arrived @ airport @ 5:30 only to be informed the flight is delayed until 8:44PM!! due to weather in NY..flight departed @ 9:00PM..arrived NY 11:30PM. arrived home only to find email sent @ 4:15PM stating the fligght is delayed..by this time everyone should be enroute to the airport for a 7:20 PM departure..very annoyed, disappointed and angry

The good flying on Delta midday is that the plane is often not full, and we were able to get exit row aisle seats at check-in (no cost).

Leaving from LAG was good, only 18 people on flight--loved it but coming home it was cancelled because there weren't enough people and they put me on a stop over flight to Atlanta. Was not happy. Thank god I was able to change that and just left earlier.

We were scheduled on flite 2551 on 7/19 at take off time @12:05, gate 10. At 12:25, it was announced gate change will be changed to gate 5. The entire area was mobbed as people were waiting for the flight and the incoming flite passengers congested the area. I was in a wheel chair and unable to get around. The entire gate area did not permit anyone to move around. Both LGA and Delta are at fault as there were too many flights in the area and not enogh gates to accept incoming & outgoing passengers.y the way, flite 2551 was finally airborn at 1:20.

2.5 hr flight delayed 3 hours why? Toilet overflows (1/2 hour) and then co-pilot "times out" so 2 hours to find replacement. And if we had been flying? Would co pilot have "timed out" mid flight. Still charge $5 for M&Ms.
