First time with JetBlue and I'm impressed. More comfortable (more leg room) and more relaxed. Way better food service -- lots of free choices, real water, inexpensive snack boxes and best yet -- no horrible cart trundling down the aisle. This airline is great!

Even though I paid in advance for, and had a reserved isle seat that I needed for medical reasons (which I told the flight attendant about), I was forced out of my seat and put in a cramped middle seat. My reserved seat was then give to a much younger man who happened to have the same seat number on his boarding pass.

Speedy check in lines; conveniently located gates; friendly, efficient staff; comfortable, roomy seats; safe, on-time arrivals & departures and reasonably priced fares. Frontier be my first choice in future bookings.
