    Return trip flight cancelled due to weather. Rebooked effortlessly two days later at same flight time (non stop) as originally planned. TV, leg room, free beverages twice, snack, nicest crew members, departure and arrival on time.

    Couldn't ask for anything better.

    Just flew UA on 5/27 from LGA to ORD to SFO. Gate agents were either non-existant or unhelpful. UA also broke toddler stroller that was gate checked in LGA. Luggage took forever to out in SFO, nearly an hour after landing. Tried to see about compensation for broken stroller in SFO and baggage agent told me she couldn't help and to leave. Really disappointed return.
