plane, check-flight crew, check, pilots- had to wait 3 dang hrs for a pilot to come from Chicago!! Unbelievable! Never Again!

Flight crew was great but the seats are small and bunched together making it very uncomfortable to eat or read a book.

Every leg of my flights were delayed. Very little information was given as the reasons. Apparently it is standard procedure at SW. I found the lack of information to be disrespectful to the passengers. The loading procedures need to be refined. 2 free bags may be check so why was there so much carry on luggage. It took much to long to load and unload the passengers from the planes.
Even though we left late from LGA and Late from Midway we arrived on time in Las Vegas.
all the extra fuel burnt because we had to make up time could be saved. A Cut back on the amount of carry on Luggage will save time and MONEY.

As usual when I arrived for the outgoing flight - it was delayed. It is absoulutely absurd that I had to pay $25 for a carry on to be in the overhead compartment, since this connected it cost me $50 for the outbound flight and $50 for the homebound flight. So, I did not opt to upgrade my seat for either $14, $18, or $25 for each plane. As they say, yu get what you pay for and cheap is cheap unless you pay and upgrade. Spirit would be my last choice to fly anywhere even with their $9.00 fare
