Had a regular Frontier flight: nice attendants, flight on time, two warm cookies. The flight was only half full so almost everyone got a row to themselves. Just wish they had some TV entertainment.

The in flight service is terrible. Unhappy attendants, very little selection and no entertainment. I'm not expecting the world. Just a smile.

I travel regularly btwn NYC & Kansas City to visit the grandchildren. usually fly midwest which I adore. as you know frontier purchased midwest so this was my first frontier flight. I always rated my midwestflights excellent. this flight was OK. their ontime departure and arrival persists.this has got to be their hallmark.we were in the air at the time we were scheduled to depart and arrived 15 minutes early in both directions.the seats are narrower than midwest but comfortable.the flight attendants not as friendly as I'm accustomed to on mnidwest. and they skimped on classic chocolate chip cookies. on midwest we always received two at a time.they only gave us one at at time!!.picky aren't I.but overall the flight was OK..no real complaints

I flew to KC on Delta for a family wedding. first of all, we had to walk down a flight of stairs with a rolling carry on. Then we get to the tarmac, and there is a toy airplane just standing there! We had to walk again with our carry ons and got onto a plane that was tiny! I am used to flying international on a jumbo jet, so this was frightening to me. There was no service to speak of, a tiny bag of pretzels and a drink. understandably, it was a short flight, but still, it could have been more comfortable. The crew was downright rude and barely made eye contact. KC airport was small but very clean. On the return flight, the plane was a regular Delta airplane(whereas before it was Comair. The crew was nicer and this time we were offered hot drinks and cookies, with food for purchase also. I have been flying since I was a little girl and it has just gotten worse over the years. I used to love flying, now, not so much. I totally understand about the economy, but the crew could have been friendlier. It would have made such a difference.

NYC to MCI, we pulled away from the gate promptly and arrived almost an hour early! Return flight was delayed because of air traffic in NYC (Memorial Day Weekend...so no surprise), but they kept us informed of estimated time and the reason for delay. Even let us use cell phones while we were waiting in line on tarmac to depart. The cookies are a nice touch, but not something that would lead me to Midwest over a more convenient schedule or better price.
