Not enough space for my legs, I'm only 5'6" and my legs were cramped all the way. Even if American took out ONE row of seats and moved every other one a millionth of a millimeter, it would be more comfortable. I don't think an inexpensive flight should equal uncomfortable. It's seems American is more comfortable on international flights, but this domestic flight was extremely cramped. The services was good, the pilot kept us out of what could have been very "rough air" - but or two 2-hour flights, I was extremely uncomfortable in my seat!

the flight was on time, the team was professional, The TSA screening was friendly professional and were absolutely no problems at the airport. The only shortcoming was that they did not have the food stock offered on their menu. Always bring your own food.

I was flying with a disabled passenger who was treated with the utmost respect. Frontier was also courteous when we experienced a delay on our return. The airline personnel made us laugh despite there being a long delay for everyone.

I traveled out non stop on Frontier and back on American Airlines. Frontier was great.Nice comfortabel leather seats and on time. My return on American, stopped in Chicago and was not to have a plane change. Unfortunately not only was there a plane change but a great distance between gates and then a 35 minute delay. With all the padding of time now stated, the flight from Chicago to LaGuardia takes 90 minutes not the 2 1/2 hours indicated, the flight was only 10 minutes late. Makes all these ontime flights look good even when they are actually late.

After my original flight (LGA-ORD-DEN) was canceled, UA moved me to a nonstop, and honored my payment for "plus" seating even though the longer route would technically have required a higher fee. Kudos to the check-in agent at LGA for that. I'm a regular Air Canada flier, and while we Canadians complain about AC almost constantly, flying their Star Alliance partner UA reminds me just how exceptional AC actually is. UA's economy inflight experience is just abysmal. I cannot believe they haven't upgraded to personal entertainment systems. And their "buy on board" food choices are awful. Bring your own.
