Small, full, prop-plane but a very quick and convenient trip. For such a short flight its hard to think of anyway that it could be improved. It would have been nice to have had coffee on board for an 8am flight, but that is just getting picky (/filling up the 20 word min for this review).

As usual, I had forgotten why I avoid Laguardia like the plauge. I hate the airport. From the lousy signage, to employees that do not know how to speak english and lastly to the requirement for a 2nd security screen for connecting flights.
I will do everything in my power to avoid this aiport next time!

We were flying Cleveland-O'Hare-LaGuardia-Cleveland over a week period. Nothing good to say about the airlines. The check in was not what we have experienced on other airlines. Rude help. Baggage charges. Flight was late and the last leg was canceled and we had to transfer from Laguardia to Newark. Not fun. The only good thing was that we landed safely. Just a lot of inconveniences.

I have taken this flight/route previously and Continental has the best schedules and flights to Cleveland from all 3 area airports here.
