I was happy to be in 1st Class, but when we got our meal (Cheerios with milk, fruit, etc) I didn't get a spoon and the flight attendant looked at me eating cereal with a fork and didn't comment. Also there was a man in 1st class with an infant in arms. I do not have children, but I strongly feel anyone under 10 shouldn't be in 1st class. But if airlines won't rule against it, the child should have its own 1st class ticket.

Great flight! We arrived early! My only gripe: water is served in a 7 oz cup filled with ice & maybe 5 oz of water. If you order soda, you get a 16-oz can. Can they be a little more generous with the water?

Gave me a hard time with my carry on which I have had and taken on flights for the past 5 years. Outrageous.... Wish I could get on an ealrier fight for free like I used to... what's the poiint, other than profits for the airline? a filled seat is a filled seat.

Check in was a nightmare at O'Hare. LGA was quick friendly and efficient. The flight left and arrived on time and service was good. Regratfully, American no longer permits free once at the airport (if you arrive too early) on a flight before yours. I can't understand why they wouldn't want to fill each flight.

We flew from the LGA Marine Air Terminal on Delta's shuttle to ORD. Apparently they were unable to get catering service in LGA, so there was no cabin service. It was request only. I requested a soda and the attendant wouldn't even give me the whole can. To top it off, our return flight was delayed 20 minute, then one hour, then 2.5 hours, then canceled.

I think that people that do not know how to deal with public should not work as a flight attendants.

United is now charging its elites for standby even if the plane is half empty! Cant get on the list unless you promise to pay by credit card if you get on the flight. Sure Im naive but it has never happened before and I had no notice. Point is every airline does it but hitting your best customers - your elites - is dangerous business. OK so a great employee found a way to get me on without standby and I should not complain. Elites deserve some repect and not nickle and dime to death.

I recently went on a 4 day trip to Chicago (O'Hare) from New York (LaGuardia) on United and both flights were delayed. The flight out of NY was delayed since it did not leave Chicago until 1 PM. This was strange since United had a 12, 1, 2, and 3 PM flight to Chicago. While the 12 and 2 flights were on time, the 1 and 3 flights were delayed, and lucky me, I was on the 1 PM flight. What was even stranger, was that the 3 PM flight was only delayed for 45 minutes but mine was delayed by 2 1/2 hours. Then on the way back, my 1:55 flight was delayed 3 hours. I think it is funny that United claims to have the most on time flights.

Typical timing of flight -- take off at 8:45 am was on time, if by take off they mean back 10 feet away from the gate and sit for 40 minutes. But that extra tarmac time is built into the schedule, so arrived on time. Return flight left on time, and arrived 30 minutes early! Probably due to being later flight -- getting in after 10 pm. Pilot was very proud of himself!
