My wife requires wheelchair service in the terminal area. This request was made in February and assurances were given on a verification call in the first week of April. I am a 70 year old senior citizen
and found myself having to run around looking for someone to assist us even after I explained the situation at the check-in counter at PBI which was worst than the service at JFK. When we took Delta Airlines back in January the special needs service was outstanding. A few weeks later I read that Delta had paid a record fine to the Federal Government months before for poor special needs service. JetBlue must be jealous and are aiming to break Delta's record

Plane left gate on time. NO charge for checked bag and carryon.Very comfortable seat in economy with more leg room than on other airline economy seats. Snack service was good: no limit on a wide free selection from cashews to chips and on sodas, juice, Dunkin Donuts coffee, etc.. Arrived on time, even after going through a de-icing process at departure. Will definitely fly Jet Blue again.

JetBlue does it right, no EXTRA charges , no sneaky add ons and the availability of one way flights. Only Southwest compares, if you like Baltimore.

We had a great flight and the flight attendances were very friendly. I love that you could watch tv while enjoying a nice snack or just sipping a good cup of DD coffee. The only thing that I was a little disappointed about was that you have to buy your pillow and blanket now...
