took off right away no line on outbound 4 takeoff and second 4 takeoff on return. Gd experience and I fly at least twice a year.

The flight out was horrible...we experienced flight delay due to some mechanical problem. I lost my car rental because we landed in Tampa late and we had to pay extra for our car rental. I must say that on our flight back it was great! I understand things that happen but when you plan ahead of time to save money....you understand where I am coming from.... Thanks anyway...you have great people working for American Airlines.

MORE LEGROOM THAN ANTICIPATED IN REGULAR SEATING. NEW TERMINAL AT JFK EASY TO NAVIGATE, NOT TOO MUCH WALKING. OUR FLIGHT WAS ON TIME AND PLEASANT...JET BLUE PERSONNEL FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. FREE DRINKS, SNACKS AND FIRST CHECKED BAG. WILL CERTAINLY BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN...
