Our air trip to San Juan evinced the excellent service, leg room, on time travel, TV viewing, etc. we have come to expect from Jet Blue. It is simply a great airline and they make the flying experience at least reminiscent of the good old days.

o our way back at the airport check was horrible. one of the ladies at check point was very rude. she was screaming like we where kindergarden kids and even said she was going to shot herself because people won't listen to her.there was no coffee or tea on the flight. only water and soda. is a shame they charge so much and the service is so bad. even upon arrival the pilots didnt even got out their seats to thank the passengers.

Easy checkin. One bag free. Comp. snacks. Great service. plane was immaculate. On time! This was one of my best flight experiences, even though the plane was full.

The food service inside of plane was the poorest
you can imagine especially with the height price
tickets I think they could provide much better service

Very good flight! Smooth ride with little to no disturbance. Attentive crew throughout the flight. The plane left on schedule and arrived a few minutes early.

Jet Blue has to be my favorite airline and the one I utilize the most and recommend to friends and family. Excellent selection of flights, service and fares.

The flight was delayed heading to Puerto Rico and then major delay comng home. Delayed from 8pm and did not board until 11pm. Then they don't compensate you in anyway Oh yes a $10.00 vochure to eat. Then they charge for the suite case so what happens is no one want to pay and everyone brings carry on and they have not room for it. How is one suppose to fly without a suitecase.

The departure time 14.29 p.m. wasn't meet for few
minutes from the gate, but after that, no problem
and arrived on time.

Did I have such a horrific experience. We still had approx. 1 hour to land in SJ, when there was a hard thump sound as if the plane had landed, then it started going nose down with that horrible sound as if we were going to crash. Then when the pilot finally got control of the plane it started swaying from side to side. The worse part, no explanation, to calm the passengers, not during, not after, so the rest of the trip my knees were shaking until we landed.

Jet Blue is a very comfortable airline. Seats are roomy & plush. The snacks and non-alcoholic drinks are first-rate & best of all, free! They also don't charge for the 1st checked bag - which is a major plus! Only their cancellation & re-scheduling are probably a little high. But all in all, they are much better than other airlines.

The best flights are when nothing noteworthy happens. The line for security was short and quick, the plane leaves on time, arrives on time, the luggage is there, and the taxi takes you right to your hotel. And you payed competitive prices for your ticket.
