The first bag was extra, a meal was extra (skipped that), headphones were extra (skipped too). Just charge what it costs and stop "al a carting" flights!

Check-in last minute gate change just as I got to the original gate. 2nd gate was at the other end of the terminal. Not happy. In-flight experience was good,full plane,attentive flight attendents, minus getting my headset after the movie was over. Landing at San Diego was the smoothest I've experienced in years.

Get to choose your seats. Don't charge for checking a bag and were generous with drinks and snacks. Of course, there was not enough leg room unless you paid more for it. I find this repulsive on all the airlines. Shame on them for jamming you in.
Do like the fact that there is a t.v. to watch at every seat. Just remember to bring your earphones with you so that you can hear it.

Someone has to take the first step in checking bags before the customer gets on the airplane. I sat at the bulkhead seat and the number of way to large bags were allowed on board. This takes up appx 20 minutes of time we have to sit there while people are allowed to take on LARGE duffle bags,LARGE suitcases,etc....Appx 30 minutes went by and the flight attendants were still pushing these bags into the bins. Make the people check their large luggage.

Our flight left the gate at 5PM. We sat for several hours due to two approaching thunderstorms.We never saw them. Back to the gate. Out again to wait behind 25 planes. Back to the gate again where they announced that our plane had a technical problem. We had to go back into the akirport and wait for an hour to get on another plane. Six hours later we arrived in San Diego at 2 AM(5AM ET)Never were we given a drink or any food during all the time we waited.Bad business!
