    Hopeless as ever. Sure, Delta can't control the weather, but grace under pressure would be welcome. After cancelling my flight and reacheduling me on another of their abysmal offerings more than a day later (after already having travelled internationally for two days), Delta still had the gall to charge me for one piece of luggage. Incredible---if it weren't perennially appalling Delta.

    Need to update Chataqua airplanes. Stop trying to overbook every flight. We left late. Terminal was overcrowded with insufficient seating (from JFK Delta terminal to Pitt)

    A bit surprised on how solicitous the attendants and others were, as Jetblue has been in the past if not rude, at least forgetful of the flyer.
